We ship via UPS or USPS Parcel Post. Orders with standard shipping rates will be processed within 0–5 business days of receipt. Expedited or overnight shipping will be processed
within 0–1 business days of receipt. You will be notified of any stocking related delays
via email. To receive membership, student, or group discounts, customers
must identify themselves at the point of sale using their member number as the discount number.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the
merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original
payment. This refund will not include shipping charges and item(s) returned
must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. If merchandise is
defective or damaged in shipping please retain all packaging and packing
materials and contact us immediately. Please allow 2–3 weeks for
processing refunds.
